Generalplanerleistungen mit den Leistungsbildern Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume gem. Teil 3 Abschnitt 1 § 34 HOAI und Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung gem. Teil 3 Abschnitt 2 § 55 HOAI mit den Anlagengruppen 3, 4 und 8 gem. § 51 HOAI Erneuerung der raumlufttechnischen Anlage (RLT) im Gebäude E. Die bestehende Anlage ist außer Betrieb, schadstoffbelastet und an den aktuellen Bedarf anzupassen. Leistungen des Generalplaners umfassen Demontage, Planung und Installation der neuen RLT-Anlage inklusive Lüftungsgeräte, Kanäle, Wärmerückgewinnung, Heizregister, MSR/GLT-Technik, Brandschutzintegration, bauliche Anpassungen und LED-Beleuchtung. Koordination aller Ge-werke, Erstellung der Planungsunterlagen und Dokumentation. Die Leistungen umfassen die Kostengruppen - KG 300 Hochbau - KG 400 Lüftungstechnik - KG 440 Stark- und Schwachstromanlagen - KG 480 Gebäudeautomation Die übrigen erforderlichen Kostengruppen KG 350 Tragwerksplanung, KG 540 Brandschutz KG 610 Schadstoffgutachten, KG 700 SiGeKo und KG 800 PPVO-Prüfungen sind mit zu koordinieren und werden teilweise von der GMSH in Eigenerledigung erbracht. Ziel: Sicherstellung einer hygienischen, energieeffizienten und flexiblen Raumluftversorgung, Einhaltung aller Normen und Vorschriften, Minimierung von Betriebsbeeinträchtigungen und voll-ständige Integration in bestehende Gebäudeinfrastruktur.
