Description

Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Ergänzung von Schadstoffkatastern für Bauwerke Die Bundesrepublik Deutschland vertreten durch die Autobahn des Bundes GmbH, vertreten durch die DEGES beabsichtigt die A 1 von Münster/Nord bis zum AK Lotte/Osnabrück 6-streifig auszubauen und die Brücken zu ertüchtigen. Ursprünglich war die Umsetzung als ÖPP-Maßnahme vorgesehen. Das Gesamtbauvorhaben A 1 Münster-Nord bis AK Lotte/Osnabrück ist in insgesamt vier Plan-feststellungsabschnitte aufgeteilt. Planfeststellungsbeschlüsse liegen vor. Die Strecke der A 1 umfasst eine Gesamtlänge von ca. 40 km. Ohne die bereits hergestellten Bereiche ergibt sich eine Streckenlänge von insgesamt 36,8 km. Die bereits hergestellten Bereiche befinden sich zwischen Bau-km 7+120 und 9+900 und umfassen die sich in dem Bereich befindlichen 3 Talbrücken Habichtswald, Smanforde und Exterheide einschl. der Strecke sowie zwischen Km 23+639 bis 24+398. Da die ursprünglich geplante öffentlich-private Partnerschaft (ÖPP) nicht zustande gekommen ist, sollen die bestehenden Schadstoffkataster für 26 Brückenbauwerke nun überprüft werden - dabei liegt der Fokus insbesondere auf den neu erlassenen Verordnungen und Richtlinien (EBV [1]; LAGA M23 [2]).
