Dienstgebäude Würzburg, Erweiterungsbau Würzburg 80004 Qualitätssicherung Gegenstand des zu vergebenden Auftrags sind Leistungen der Qualitätssicherung für einen Erweiterungsbau des Dienstgebäudes Würzburg. Die Beauftragung der Leistung ist stufenweise geplant. Die Vertragsleistung umfasst: - das Prüfen und Fortschreiben der Bedarfsplanung, der Standards, des Raum- und Funktionsprogramms sowie der BNB- und BIM-Zielvorgaben - die Prüfung Planung der LPH 2 der Planungsbeteiligten Optional kann der AN mit folgenden Leistungen ganz oder teilweise beauftragt werden: - Erstellung einer funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibung (FLB) oder Prüfen der FLB bei Erstellung durch Planungsbeteiligte - Leistungen der Qualitätssicherung während des TU-Vergabeverfahren - Leistungen der Qualitätssicherung ab Entwurfsplanung LPH 3 - Leistungen der Qualitätssicherung ab LPH 4 - LPH 7 HOAI - Leistungen der Qualitätssicherung ab Bauausführung LPH 8 - Qualitätssicherung der Rechnungsprüfung des TU für die Kostengruppen 200 bis 700 nach DIN 276 - Qualitätssicherung der Prüfung der Dokumentation bzw. der Revisionsunterlagen des TU - Qualitätssicherung der Mängelansprüche LPH 9 Ein Anspruch auf Beauftragung der optionalen Leistungen besteht nicht. Inhalt und Umfang der Vertragsleistung ergeben sich im Einzelnen aus dem Vertrag nebst Anlagen und der Leistungsbeschreibung.
