Description

Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung für den Abruf von Unterstützungsleistungen zur Anpassung von One Identity im Rahmen seiner Verwendung als IAM-System zur Identitäts- und Zugriffsverwaltung Im Ergebnis der Ausschreibung soll eine EVB-IT Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Dienstleister zur Erbringung von Unterstützungsleistungen zur Anpassung von OneIdentity im Rahmen seiner Verwendung als IAM-System zur Identitäts- und Zugriffsverwaltung abgeschlossen werden. Die Unterstützungsleistungen umfassen folgende Aufgaben: Installation, Anbindung Quell-Zielsystem, Migration auf höhere (aktuelle) Versionen von OneIM (incl. WebPortal), Umsetzung des Identity Lifecycle, Umsetzung Organisationsmanagement, Umsetzung der Projekt- und Ablagenverwaltung, IT-Shop Portal/Password Reset Portal und Reporting. Die notwendigen Beratungs- und Unterstützungsleistungen werden über die gesamte Vertragslaufzeit (inkl. Verlängerungsoption) nach derzeitiger Schätzung einen Umfang von etwa 300 Personentagen haben. Eine Abnahmeverpflichtung oder eine Mindestabnahmemenge besteht nicht. Abrufberechtigt ist ausschließlich der Staatsbetrieb Sächsische Informatik Dienste.
