Description
Gegenstand der geplanten Beschaffung ist die Nachlizenzierung zusätzlicher Fachmodule der Softwarelösung "USU Service Management" (USM) beim bereits im Einsatz befindlichen Hersteller USU GmbH. Die Module sollen innerhalb der bestehenden USM-Plattform aktiviert und in den laufenden IT-Service-Management-Betrieb integriert werden. Die zu beschaffen-den Module sollen zzgl. Implementierung, Konfiguration, Schulungen und Support beschafft werden.
