Description

Gegenstand der ausgeschriebenen Leistung ist Los 1 der Gesamtmaßnahme "Einsatzdokumentationssystem Software und Hardware Rettungsdienst". Es handelt sich um Los 1 "Digitale Einsatzdokumentation inkl. Hosting/ Betrieb und MDM". Beschafft wird eine bereits marktverfügbare, serienreife und im Echtbetrieb erprobte Softwarelösung zur digitalen Einsatz- und Patientendokumentation einschließlich Hosting/Betrieb, Mobile-Device-Management sowie der hierfür erforderlichen Implementierungs-, Schulungs-, Wartungs- und Supportleistungen. Mit der Beschaffung soll die bislang eingesetzte elektronische Einsatzbearbeitung vollständig durch eine zukunftssichere, praxistaugliche und rechtssichere Fachanwendung ersetzt werden. Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist ausdrücklich eine bereits marktverfügbare, serienreife und im Echtbetrieb erprobte Standardsoftware; sämtliche geforderten Funktionen müssen bereits im Zeitpunkt der Angebotsabgabe produktiv verfügbar, lauffähig und konfigurierbar vorliegen. Nicht Gegenstand der Beschaffung sind Neuentwicklungen, prototypische Ansätze, bloße Roadmap-Funktionen oder nachträglich zusammenzustellende, voneinander unabhängige Einzellösungen. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere die mobile und webbasierte Einsatz- und Patientendokumentation nach aktuellem MIND-/DIVI-Standard, Offline-Fähigkeit mit automatischer Synchronisation, ein rollenbasiertes Rechtekonzept, revisionssichere Protokollierung, offene und dokumentierte Schnittstellen mindestens zur Integrierten Regionalleitstelle, zu IVENA, zu Abrechnungs- und Statistiksystemen sowie zum Deutschen Reanimationsregister, ferner Implementierung, Betrieb in der virtuellen On-Premise-Umgebung des Auftraggebers, Migration, Parametrisierung, Schulung, Go-Live-Begleitung, Pflege, Wartung, Störungsbearbeitung und Mobile-Device-Management
