Description

Der Übertragungsnetzbetreiber TenneT TSO GmbH, im Nachfolgenden Auftraggeber (AG) genannt, plant im Zuge des Netzausbaus den Ersatz der rd. 50 km langen 380/220/110-kV-Höchstspannungsleitungen von Oberbachern (Landkreis Dachau) über die beiden Landkreise Freising und München nach Ottenhofen (Landkreis Erding) durch eine Kombination aus 380-kV- und 220-kV-Höchstspannungsleitungen. Das Projekt unterteilt sich in die Maßnahmen Ersatzneubau Oberbachern - Ottenhofen und München Nord II. Die 110-kV-Stromkreise (München Nord II) der Bayernwerk Netz GmbH werden von Oberbachern über einen Teil der Leitung Oberbachern - Ottenhofen bis Unterschleißheim mitgeführt. Das Projekt ist im Bundesbedarfsplangesetz (BBPlG) 2013 als ein sonstiges Vorhaben festgelegt und wird im Netzentwicklungsplan Strom (NEP) 2014 als Projekt 47 geführt. Es ist ein Teil der Leitungsbauprojekte in Bayern und umfasst sowohl den Ersatzneubau als auch den Rückbau der Bestandsleitung. Der Ausgleich für Minderungsmaßnahmen, der nötig wird, soll für die Offenlandbrüter-Arten Kiebitz, Wachtel und Feldlerche durch Maßnahmen der Produktionsintegrierten Kompensation (PiK) auf wechselnden Flächen erfolgen.
