Description

Die Baugenossenschaft Krumbach (Schwaben) e.G. beabsichtigt in Zusammenarbeit mit der Krumbacher Stadtimmobilien AdöR, auf einem Areal von ca. 1ha bezahlbaren Wohnraum zu schaffen. Die seit ca. 67 Jahren bestehende Siedlung „Am Johannisbrunnen“ ist aufgrund der schlechten Bausubstanz als Wohnraum nicht mehr nutzbar. Die bestehenden fünf Wohngebäude sollen rückgebaut und durch Neubauten ersetzt werden. Es soll zukunftsfähiger, qualitativ hochwertiger Wohnraum entstehen, der den Anforderungen der Wohnraumförderung nach EOF entspricht. Es wird eine durchmischte Struktur angestrebt. Hierzu wurde im Vorfeld ein Architektenwettbewerb durchgeführt. Im März 2025 wurden die Preisträger in der Preisgerichtssitzung festgelegt und nach erfolgten Verhandlungsgesprächen das Büro Auernhammer Wohlrab Architektur mit der Planung beauftragt.
