Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung waren die Planungsleistungen der Tragwerksplanung. Die Gemeinde Eppelborn beabsichtigt Sanierungs- und Umbaumaßnahmen an der Borrwieshalle in Dirmingen. Es erfolgt eine stufenweise Vergabe. Vergeben werden zunächst in Leistungsstufe 1 die Leistungsphasen 1 (Grundlagenermittlung), 2 (Vorplanung) und 3 (Entwurfsplanung). Optional vergeben werden - Leistungsstufe 2: Leistungsphase 4 (Genehmigungsplanung) - Leistungsstufe 3: Leistungsphasen 5 (Ausführungsplanung), 6 (Vorbereitung der Vergabe). Es besteht kein Anspruch auf die Vergabe weiterer Leistungen der Leistungsstufen 2 und 3. Die in Anlage 1 beschrieben Aufteilung in Stufe 1 (Grundstufe) und Stufe 2 bezieht sich nicht auf die Tragwerksplanung. Vergeben wird die Tragwerksplanung gemäß § 51 HOAI.
