Description

Schloss-Areal Neudenau - Tragwerksplanung im Denkmalschutz Die Stadt Neudenau beabsichtigt die Revitalisierung des Schloss-Areals Neudenau. Das Schloss und das Schloss-Areal stehen unter Denkmalschutz. Mit der Revitalisierung sind Umnutzungen in Nutzungen als Kindertagesstätte sowie Museum vorgesehen. Nähere Informationen können der Projektbeschreibung entnommen werden. Für die Maßnahme werden die Tragwerksplanungsleistungen gemäß § 51 HOAI, voraussichtlich Leistungsphasen 1 bis 6 (gegebenenfalls zuzüglich Besondere oder zusätzliche Leistungen), erforderlich. Diese werden im Verhandlungsverfahren nach VgV europaweit ausgeschrieben: - Stufe 1: Präqualifikationsverfahren - Stufe 2: Verhandlungsverfahren mit Bieterpräsentationen Der Bauherr beabsichtigt nach aktuellem Stand die stufenweise Beauftragung. Parallel zu dieser Ausschreibung werden auch folgende Planungsleistungen ausgeschrieben: - Objektplanung - Fachplanung HLS - Fachplanung ELT - Freianlagenplanung Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass kein Anspruch auf Realisierung/Projektumsetzung besteht. Darüber hinaus behält sich der Auftraggeber vor, die Bauleitung regional einzufordern.
