The municipality of Renquishausen is procuring structural engineering services under HOAI Part 4, Section 1, para. 51, service phases 1 to 6, for a new four-group kindergarten in the village centre next to the community centre. The two-storey timber-hybrid building on a sloping site will be connected to the existing community hall by a single-storey linking structure with a roof terrace, and former school rooms will house the kindergarten and fire brigade extension. The contract is based on the municipal standard contract templates. Phases 1 to 4 will be commissioned first, followed by phases 5 to 6, plus additional services for object supervision.
