Ausgeschrieben werden die Fachplanungsleistungen Tragwerksplanung gemäß §51 HOAI, LPH 1-9 und Leistungen der Bauphysik gemäß Anlage 1.2 HOAI (Wärmeschutz und Energiebilanzierung, Bauakustik und Raumakustik). Die Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise: Stufe 1 HOAI LPH 1, 2, 3, 4 und Stufe 2 HOAI LPH 5, 6. Das Raumprogramm des geplanten Neubaus umfasst eine Nettofläche von 490,00 m². Die Baukosten KG 200-400 betragen 3,12 Mio. Euro brutto, davon entfallen 2,07 Mio. Euro auf KG 300 und 0,87 Mio. Euro auf KG 400. Die Stadt Nidda plant den Neubau eines Feuerwehrhauses im Ortsteil Ober-Lais. Auf Basis einer vorangegangenen Standortuntersuchung wurde ein Grundstück südlich von Ober-Lais bzw. nördlich von Unter-Lais nahe dem Friedhof ausgewählt; das Planungsrecht ist über den Bebauungsplan OL 9 "Feuerwehrhaus Ober-Lais" gesichert. Es ist vorgesehen, das Gebäude in einer einstöckigen Bauweise zu errichten. Das Raumprogramm des geplanten Neubaus umfasst eine Nettofläche von 490,00 m². Die Baukosten KG 200-400 betragen 3,12 Mio. Euro brutto, davon entfallen 2,07 Mio. Euro auf KG 300 und 0,87 Mio. Euro auf KG 400. Ausgeschrieben werden die Fachplanungsleistungen Tragwerksplanung gemäß §51 HOAI, LPH 1-9 und Leistungen der Bauphysik gemäß Anlage 1.2 HOAI (Wärmeschutz und Energiebilanzierung, Bauakustik und Raumakustik). Das Bauvorhaben wird durch das Land Hessen im Rahmen der Förderung des Brandschutzes (Brandschutzförderrichtlinie - BSFRL) mit einer Zuwendung gefördert. Planung und Ausführung des Feuerwehrhauses müssen in allen Belangen den Anforderungen des Förderbescheids einschließlich sämtlicher Nebenbestimmungen entsprechen. Vom erfolgreichen Bieter wird eine konzeptionell kompetente Beratung sowie ein in allen Leistungsphasen besonderes fachliches Engagement erwartet.
