Description

Die Stadt Velen beabsichtigt den Neubau eines Feuerwehrgerätehaus auf einem städtischen Grundstück am südlichen Ortseingang zu Ramsdorf baulich zu realisieren. Die Stadt Velen als Träger öffentlicher Belange ist nach dem BHKG (Gesetz über den Brandschutz, die Hilfeleistung und den Katastrophenschutz 2021) verpflichtet eine den örtlichen Gegebenheiten entsprechend einsatzfähige Feuerwehr vorzuhalten. Das mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommene Gebäude an der Gräfte mitten im Ortskern von Ramsdorf entspricht nicht mehr dem Stand der Technik und geltendem Arbeitsschutz. Aus diesem Grund möchte die Stadt Velen ihrer Feuerwehr ein zeitgemäßes und funktionales Gebäude errichten. Durch die begrenzte Flächenverfügbarkeit auf dem bestehenden Grundstück im Ortskern kann das derzeitige Gerätehaus nicht adäquat erweitert werden. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung waren die Ingenieurleistungen zum Leistungsbild Tragwerksplanung gemäß Teil 4 Abschnitt 1 der HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 14 zur HOAI in den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 6. Die Beauftragung der einzelnen Leistungsphasen erfolgt jeweils stufenweise (Näheres siehe unten).
