Description

Die Stadt Velen beabsichtigt den Neubau eines Feuerwehrgerätehaus auf einem städtischen Grundstück am südlichen Ortseingang zu Ramsdorf. Die Stadt Velen als Träger öffentlicher Belange ist nach dem BHKG (Gesetz über den Brandschutz, die Hilfeleistung und den Katastrophenschutz 2021) verpflichtet eine den örtlichen Gegebenheiten entsprechend einsatzfähige Feuerwehr vorzuhalten. Das mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommene Gebäude an der Gräfte mitten im Ortskern von Ramsdorf entspricht nicht mehr dem Stand der Technik und geltendem Arbeitsschutz. Aus diesem Grund möchte die Stadt Velen ihrer Feuerwehr ein zeitgemäßes und funktionales Gebäude errichten. Durch die begrenzte Flächenverfügbarkeit auf dem bestehenden Grundstück im Ortskern kann das derzeitige Gerätehaus nicht adäquat erweitert werden. Gegenstand dieses Loses ist die Objektplanung Gebäude gemäß Teil 3 Abschnitt 1 der HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 10 zur HOAI in den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9. Neben den übertragenen Grundleistungen werden ausgewählte besondere Leistungen übertragen. Das Nähere regelt die Leistungsbeschreibung.; Gegenstand dieses Loses ist die Fachplanung TGA HLS gemäß § 53 Abs. 2 HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 15 zur HOAI für die Anlagengruppen 1 bis 3 und 8 in den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9. Neben den übertragenen Grundleistungen werden ausgewählte besondere Leistungen übertragen. Das Nähere regelt die Leistungsbeschreibung.; Gegenstand dieses Loses ist die Fachplanung TGA ELTgemäß § 53 Abs. 2 HOAI i. V. m.
