Description

Die Stadt Nordenham plant eine umfassende Modernisierung ihrer Pieranlage in Nordenham-Blexen. Die Pieranlage ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil des spezialisierten Seehafens Nordenham. Die Länge der vorhandenen Pieranlage beträgt rd. 102 m, die sich anschließende Steganlage weitere rd. 33 m. Die Pieranlage wurde 1969 errichtet. Sie ist nunmehr seit über 50 Jahren in Betrieb und bedarf, aufgrund der festgestellten erheblichen Schäden und damit starken Beeinträchtigung der Tragfähigkeit, einer grundlegenden und leistungsgerechten Modernisierung. Hierfür soll eine neue Spundwand vor die Alte gesetzt werden, zudem wird die vorhandene "aufgeständerte Stahlbetonpier" zurückgebaut und der Zugang zu den Dalben mittels Stahlsteg neu hergestellt. Die lnfrastrukturmaßnahme untergliedert sich in folgende Maßnahmen: - Errichtung einer vorgelagerten, rückverankerten Spundwand (1. BA, Länge ca. 53 m), - Schaffung einer Steganlage und von Dalben für Seeschiffe (2. BA, Länge ca. 54 m). - Tragwerksplanung, Lph 1 - 3, optional Lph 4 - 6 gemäß § 51 HOAI 2021 i. V. m. Anlage 14, Ziffer 14.1.
