Description

Die Stuttgarter Straßenbahnen AG plant die energetische Sanierung der Hauptwerkstatt im SSB-Zentrum in Stuttgart-Möhringen. Bei dem Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um eine energetische Sanierung der Außenhülle. Der Hauptbau der Hauptwerkstatt wurde im Jahre 1971 errichtet. Die Hauptverwaltung gliedert sich in 3 Gebäudeteile, die sich in West-Ost-Richtung erstrecken. Der Grundriss der Hauptwerkstatt ist in L-Form hinter dem Kopfbau angeordnet. Die größten Abmessungen betragen ca. 162 x 127 m. Die Höhe der Hauptwerkstatt (OK Gelände bis OK Attika) beträgt ca. 11 m. Die Hauptwerkstatt wird in zwei Hauptbereiche eingeteilt. Die Teilewerkstatt hat eine Grundfläche von ca. 3.025 m² ohne Treppenhaus. Die Werkstatt hat eine Grundfläche von ca. 14.640 m². Das Objekt verfügt über mehrere Dachflächen mit diversen Aufbauten, Abdichtungen, Höhenlagen und Konstruktionen. Die Summe der gesamten Dachflächen beträgt ca. 17.765 m². Die Hauptwerkstatt verfügt über eine Brandmeldeanlage. Einige Gleise in der Hauptwerkstatt verfügen über stromführende Oberleitungen. Als Ziel ist anzustreben, dass Gebäude so klimaneutral zu planen, dass der nach DIN 18599:2018-09 ermittelte jährliche Endenergiebedarf, ohne eventuelle Prozessenergie und ohne Nutzerstromanteile, vollständig über die gebäudeeigene Photovoltaik-Anlage abgedeckt werden kann. Die Planung soll im Juli 2026 beginnen. Für die Kostengruppen 300 + 400 geht man derzeit von Kosten in Höhe von ca. 25,4 Mio. € brutto aus. Bei der Leistungserbringung ist die Klimastrategie der LH Stuttgart "Klima-Fahrplan 2035" zu berücksichtigen. - Tragwerksplanung gemäß §51 HOAI, Leistungsphasen 1- 6 und optional Besondere Leistungen Die Beauftragung der Leistungsphasen erfolgt stufenweise. Der Auftraggeber ist in seiner Entscheidung über eine Weiterbeauftragung frei; ein Anspruch auf Übertragung weiterer Leistungen besteht nicht.
