Description

Anlass für das Vergabeverfahren der Tragwerksplanung ist der Neubau der Grundschule mit Doppelsporthalle in Schwäbisch Hall. Ausgangspunkt war: - vorrangig der dringende Erweiterungsbedarf und den bestehenden Standort an der Wirtsgasse zu ersetzten. - Aus erweiterten Aufgaben der Schule ergeben sich veränderte Flächenanforderungen - nicht nur quantitativ, sondern auch qualitativ. - Diese Herausforderungen lassen sich mit folgenden Schwerpunktthemen beschreiben: erfahrungsorientiertes Lernen, individuelle Förderung und Niveaudifferenzierung, Betreuung im Ganztag, Inklusion, Mitarbeiterentwicklung, Kommunikation, Balance von Ruhe und Bewegung, Beratung, Einbindung außerschulischer Partner u.a.. - Zum anderen soll der Schulneubau in Kombination mit einer Sporthalle mit über die klassische Bildung hinaus gehenden Angeboten eine große Chance für mehr Vernetzung und Begegnung im Stadtteil bieten. Um die bestmögliche architektonische und städtebauliche Lösung für den Neubau zu erreichen, hat sich der Gemeinderat für die Durchführung eines hochbaulichen Realisierungswettbewerbes entschieden. Das Wettbewerbsverfahren wurde mit der Preisgerichtssitzung am 20. Mai 2025 abgeschlossen. Aus dem Verfahren ist das Architekturbüro a+r Architekten GmbH als Sieger hervorgegangen. Der Gemeinderat hat zwischenzeitlich das Architekturbüro a+r Architekten GmbH mit den weiteren Planungsleistungen der Gebäudeplanung nach § 34 HOAI beauftragt. Zur weiteren Umsetzung der Baumaßnahme auf Grundlage des vorliegenden Wettbewerbs- bzw. Vorentwurfsplanung sind nun weitere Planungsleistungen erforderlich. Anrechenbare Kosten Tragwerksplanung: Grundschule ca. 6,6 Mio Euro netto. Doppelsporthalle ca. 2,4 Mio Euro netto. Der Termin für die Verhandlungsgespräche ist für die KW 18-19 vorgesehen. Vergabe von Dienstleistungen gem. Vergabeverordnung öffentlicher Aufträge: Vergabe von Fachplanungsleistungen bestehend aus den folgenden Leistungsbildern der HOAI 2021: - Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung, Leistungsphasen 1 bis 6 gemäß § 51 HOAI - Besondere Leistungen (optional): - Ingenieurtechnische Kontrolle der Ausführung - Konstruktiver Brandschutz - Weitere besondere und zusätzliche Leistungen sind derzeit nicht bekannt Der Auftraggeber geht von einer Zuordnung zu Honorarzone III Mindestsatz aus.
