Description

Zum Leistungsumfang der Böschungspflege gehören folgende Tätigkeiten: die Mahd, das Asten, das Freischneiden, die Fällung und das Beräumen angefallenen Materials. Der Bundesforstbetrieb Havel-Oder-Spree übernimmt als Dienstleister und zuständiger AG für das WSA Spree-Havel die Überwachung und Durchführung des Vergabeverfahrens der Böschungspflege (Aufwuchsregulierung) an Bundeswasserstraßen. Die durch das WSA Spree-Havel übertragenen Flächen liegen im Bereich des Außenbezirks (ABz) Fürstenwalde. Die durchzuführenden Maßnahmen nach Art und Umfang sind im Einzelnen dem Leistungsverzeichnis zu entnehmen. C-03a_Vorbemerkung zur LB_VOEK 148-26 Seite 2 von 2 Da erhebliche Teile (ca. 50%) der Maßnahmen entlang von Wasserstraßen nur mit wasserseitigem Zugang durchführbar sind, ist der Einsatz von Booten in diesen Bereichen zwingend notwendig. Überdies sind Gerätschaften und Behältnisse zum Abtransport angefallenen Pflegematerials auf dem Wasser bereitzuhalten. Der Auftragnehmer muss sich eigenverantwortlich um die Vorhaltung von Booten und entsprechenden Gerätschaften kümmern.
