Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Zustandserfassung (1/15-Untersuchung) der vorhandenen öffentlichen Misch-, Schmutz- und Regenwasser-Entwässerungseinrichtungen im Stadtgebiet Meschede (Einzugsgebiet der Kläranlage Arnsberg-Wildshausen), bestehend aus einer optischen Inspektion gemäß DIN EN 13508-2 in Verbindung mit der DWA-Merkblattreihe M-149, insbesondere DWA-M 149-2 und DWA-M149-5, nach vorheriger Kanalreinigung. Der Leistungsumfang setzt sich zusammen aus der Untersuchung der öffentlichen Haltungen und Schächten, die im Zuständigkeitsbereich der Stadt Meschede sind. Zusätzlich ist die Untersuchung der Anschlussleitungen vom öffentlichen Kanal bis zur Grundstücksgrenze bzw. zum Revisionsschacht auf dem privaten Gelände durchzuführen.
