Description

Zur Durchführung des Festivals Ruhrtriennale sowie weiterer Projekte der Urbanen Künste Ruhr und des ChorWerk Ruhr werden Dienstleistungen zur Einrichtung des Veranstaltungsortes einschließlich der technischen Durchführung benötigt. Zur Erbringung der benötigten spezialisierten Dienstleistung zur Einrichtung des Veranstaltungsortes einschließlich der technischen Durchführung sind ein entsprechendes Know-How und Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet der technischen Leistungen für die Veranstaltungsbranche erforderlich. Die Anforderung der Leistungen kann in Einzelfällen sehr kurzfristig (bis zu 12 h vorher) erfolgen, d. h. direkte Reaktion auf kurzfristige Anforderungen und gute Erreichbarkeit sind wichtige Voraussetzungen für die Zusammenarbeit. Die geplanten Veranstaltungsorte der Ruhrtriennale sind Bochum, Duisburg, Essen und Dortmund.
