Description

Leistungsgegenstand ist die Übernahme und Verladung, der Transport sowie die ordnungs-gemäße und rechtskonforme Entsorgung (vorrangig Verwertung) von Filterstaub (AVV-Abfallschlüsselnummer 19 01 13*) aus der Abgasreinigung der TV Schwarza. Bei Bedarf macht der Auftraggeber von der Option der Beauftragung der Übernahme, Verladung, des Transports sowie der ordnungsgemäßen und rechtskonformen Entsorgung auch von Kessel-staub (AVV-Abfallschlüsselnummer 19 01 15*) ebenfalls aus der Abgasreinigung der TV Schwarza Gebrauch. Die Hintergründe und Rahmenbedingungen zur Ausübung dieser Opti-on sind unter 1.3 näher beschrieben. Der Auftragnehmer hat die vollständige und unterbre-chungsfreie Entsorgung der Filterstäube der TVS innerhalb des vorgegebenen Leistungsum-fanges und gemäß dem Stand der Technik sicherzustellen.
