Description

Der Auftragnehmer muss nach der Verordnung für Entsorgungsfachbetriebe (EfbV) für die Bereiche Sammlung, Transport, und Lagerung, für die ausgeschriebenen Abfallarten zertifiziert sein. Die Beseitigung / Verwertung der Abfälle hat in einer für die jeweilige Abfallart zugelassenen Anlage zu erfolgen. Die Anlagen müssen angegeben werden. Zur Überbrückung von Entsorgungsengpässen hat der Auftragnehmer ein ausreichend dimensioniertes, für die jeweilige Abfallart genehmigtes Zwischenlager vorzuhalten. Die Beseitigung/Verwertung erfolgt gemäß den Verordnungen zum KrWG. Die Efb-Zertifikate und die Zulassungen der Anlagen/des Zwischenlagers für die jeweilige Abfallart sind dem Ange-bot beizufügen.
