Description

Abnahme und Entsorgung von Straßenkehricht 2027/2028 Vertragsgegenstand ist der Auftrag zur Abnahme und Entsorgung des im Entsorgungsgebiet der Stadt Halle (Saale) anfallenden und von gewerblichen Unternehmen (z. B. Hausmeisterservice, Gehwegreinigung etc.) bei der HWS angelieferten Straßenkehrichts (Abfallschlüssel gem. AVV: 20 03 03). Die Bieter können für die auf 2.250 Mg - 2.750 Mg p.a. (also 4.500 Mg - 5.500 Mg in der gesamten Vertragslaufzeit) geschätzten Mengen an Straßenkehricht ein Hauptangebot, das die Anlieferung des Straßenkehrichts an eine max. 35 km entfernte Entsorgungsanlage oder Umlage-/ Abladestätte vorsieht und/oder ein Alternativangebot, das die Abholung des Straßenkehrichts durch den Bieter vom Betriebshof der HWS beinhaltet, abgeben. Die Vertragslaufzeit ist vom 01.01.2027 bis zum 31.12.2028. Die HWS kann ihrerseits den Vertrag einseitig um 2 Jahre bis zum 31.12.2030 verlängern. Diese Verlängerung muss dem Auftragnehmer spätestens bis zum 31.08.2028 schriftlich zugegangen sein. Die übrigen Bedingungen der Vertragsabwicklung und der Vertragskonditionen ergeben sich aus der bei-gefügten Leistungsbeschreibung und Vertragsabwicklung.
