Erstellung von Steuererklärungen sowie Beratung zu steuerlichen Themengebieten für den Vivantes Konzern - Muttergesellschaft und Tochtergesellschaften Regelmäßig zu erbringenden Steuerberatungsleistungen: - Anfertigung und elektronische Übermittlung der Steuererklärungen zur Körperschafts- teuer, Gewerbesteuer sowie zur Umsatzsteuer (Umsatzsteuerjahreserklärung), - Anfertigung und elektronische Übermittlung von Steuerbilanz und E-Bilanz (§ 5b EStG) - Berechnung der latenten Steuern (§ 274 HGB) im Rahmen des Jahresabschlusses Leistungen auf Anforderung: - Anfertigung und elektronische Übermittlung von Steueranmeldungen (Kapitalertragsteuer, Quellensteuer nach § 50a EStG, Gruppenträgermeldung nach dem Mindeststeuergesetz), - Unterstützung bei komplexen Fragestellungen im Rahmen von steuerlichen Außenprüfungen (Betriebsprüfungen, Lohnsteuer-Außenprüfungen), - die Unterstützung bei komplexen Antrags- und Rechtsbehelfsverfahren (gerichtlich und außergerichtlich), - Beratung zu Fragen der Grunderwerbsteuer und Grundsteuer, - Projektberatung (z. B. Einrichtung eines Tax Compliance Management Systems/Tax CMS), Entwicklung passgenauer Lösungen, - Allgemeine steuerrechtliche Beratung, wie z. B. Fortbildungs- und Schulungsangebote für Mitarbeitende der Auftraggeberin sowie lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Beratung.
