Interessenbekundungsverfahren mit anschließendem Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb nach § 17 VgV Durchführung von CT-Untersuchungen in den Räumlichkeiten des Kreiskrankenhauses St. Ingbert - "Praxis am Krankenhaus". Das Kreiskrankenhaus St. Ingbert bietet entsprechend aufbereitete Räumlichkeiten zur Miete an. Das "nicht-ärztliche" Personal ist beim Kreiskrankenhaus beschäftigt. >CT-Technik<: Die CT-Technik wird von dem Bieter bereitgestellt, installiert und betrieben. Folgende Voraussetzungen sind mindestens zu erfüllen: - Bereitstellung, Wartung und Konstanzprüfung eines mindestens 32-Zeilen Computertomographen - robuste Durchführung von Notfall-CTs inkl. CT-Angiographien der intra- und extrakraniellen Arterien, CT-Angiographien der Pulmonalarterien etc. - Bereitstellen der Bilddaten an das Krankenhaus - Stetige Qualitätssicherung und Protokolloptimierung >Ärztliche Leistung<: Folgende Leistungen sind zwingend zu erfüllen: - Indikationsstellung (Rechtfertigende Indikation) - Radiologische Befundung - Befundkommunikation schriftlich und bei Bedarf mündlich - Fachärztliche Vor-Ort-Präsenz in den Kernzeiten 8-16 Uhr - Betreuung von interdisziplinären Fallbesprechungen und Tumorkonferenzen - Durchführung von stationären Untersuchungen - Untersuchung von BG-Fällen
