Das Land Rheinland-Pfalz, vertreten durch den Leiter der Zentralen Beschaffungsstelle des Landes Rheinland-Pfalz im Landesbetrieb Mobilität Rheinland-Pfalz, möchte mit diesem Vergabeverfahren die landesweite Beschaffung von einem Juristischen Informationssystem im Wege eines Verhandlungsverfahrens ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb gemäß §§ 14, 17 VgV, § 119 GWB durchführen. Ziel dieser Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss eines Vertrages, der die Grundversorgung der Landesverwaltung mit einem juristischen Informationssystem sicherstellt. Die Leistung umfasst die Grundversorgung der Landesverwaltung mit einem webbasierten juristischen Informationssystem. Dieses soll der Landesverwaltung umfangreiche Inhalte aus folgenden Recherchekategorien zur Verfügung stellen: 1. Entscheidungen 2. Rechtsnormen 3. Literaturauswertungen 4. Zeitschriften
