Description

In Kehl soll eine neue Energiezentrale als Ergänzung der bestehenden Wärmeversorgung entstehen. Die Energiezentrale wird im Endausbau eine thermische Leistung von ca. 4 MW haben. In der ersten Ausbaustufe, die Inhalt dieser Ausschreibung ist, dient Grundwasser als Wärmequelle und wird mit Hilfe von zwei elektrischen Wärmepumpen mit einer thermischen Leistung von 3 MW auf das benötigte Temperaturniveau angehoben. Die zu planenden Inhalte umfassen im Wesentlichen folgende Bereiche, Architektur, technische Gebäudeausrüstung inkl. elektrische Anlagen, Tragwerk, Brandschutz, Schallschutz, Außenanlagen. Eine genaue Leistungsbeschreibung wird im Zuge dieses Verfahrens zugängig gemacht. Die wichtigsten Bestandteile und Leistungsbilder nach HOAI dieser Ausschreibung umfassen folgende Bereiche: - Architektur (Bauwerk, Maschinenraum...) - TGA für funktionsfähige Energiezentrale - Tragwerk (Statik...) - Brandschutz - Schallschutz - Außenanlagen - Erschließung Be.-u. Entwässerung u. Strom - Erschließung der Brunnen hin zur Energiezentrale (Grundwasserleitungen, Kabelverbindungen...) - Technischer Ausbau der Brunnen (Pumpen, Sensorik...) - elektrische Anlagen inkl. Mittelspannungsanschluss (Trafo...) - Elektrische Anlagen Niederspannung Die Planung der Brunnenbauwerke und die dazu gehörende geologische und hydrologische Ausarbeitung werden nicht Bestandteil der Ausschreibung sein.
