Description

Gegenstand des Auftrages sind die Prüfung der Jahresrechnung einschließlich Lagebericht der Stadt Hennef (Sieg) sowie die Fertigung des entsprechenden Prüfberichts. Der Auftrag wird für die Prüfung der Jahresrechnung 2026 erteilt. Die Beauftragung an eine Gesellschaft, die in der Vergangenheit bereits für die Stadt Hennef geprüft hat, ist nur möglich, wenn zuletzt weniger als 3 Abschlüsse in Folge geprüft wurden oder wenn nach der letzten Prüfung mindestens 3 Jahresabschlussprüfungen von anderen Gesellschaften durchgeführt wurden. Es ist eine höchstens 4-malige Verlängerung um jeweils ein Jahr unter den nachfolgenden Bedingungen möglich: ? es dürfen nicht mehr als 5 Jahresrechnungen von einem Wirtschaftsprüfer bzw. einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft in Folge geprüft werden; ? die Verlängerung des Vertrages erfolgt schriftlich bis zum 31.12. des Jahres, für das die Prüfung erfolgen soll, ? keiner der beiden Vertragspartner hat bis zum vorgenannten Termin schriftlich mitgeteilt, dass eine Verlängerung des Vertrages nicht gewünscht ist; Die Prüfungsdurchführung erfolgt auf der Grundlage der allgemeinen Auftragsbedingungen für Wirtschaftsprüfer und Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaften und unter Beachtung der vom Institut der Wirtschaftsprüfer in Deutschland e.V. (IDW) festgestellten deutschen Grundsätze ordnungsgemäßer Abschlussprüfung. Die Prüfberichte sind nach Maßgabe der gesetzlichen Vorgaben der Gemeindeordnung NRW, der KomHVO NRW und des Handelsgesetzbuches zu erstellen.
