Neubau Institut für Geographie und Geologie und Seminar- und Medienzentrum (SMZ) für die Universität Greifswald; 2-teiliger Gebäudekomplex mit hohem Anspruch an Funktionalität, Wirtschaftlichkeit, Gestaltung, Energieeffizienz, Nachhaltigkeit; genehmigte NUF 1-6 = 7.792 m² (4.953 m² Institut + 2.839 m² SMZ); Standort: Felix-Hausdorff-Str., Campus Beitz-Platz, nordöstlicher Bereich, zwischen Universitätsbibliothek und Universitätsrechenzentrum; Fachplanung Wärmeschutz u. Energiebilanzierung Lst 1 (LPH 2-4), optional Lst. 2-4 (LPH 5-8), Spezifische Leistungspflichten und Besondere Leistungen gemäß beigefügten Vergabeunterlagen; GBK: 91.656.000 brutto (KG 300 ca. 41.874.000 , KG 400 ca. 28.539.000 , KG 500 ca. 3.509.000 ); Planungsanford. hoch HZ IV; Beginn Fachplanung 06/2026; Realisierung in EFRE-Förderperiode 2021 2027 angestrebt, Fertigstellung Gesamtmaßnahme bis 12/2029 erforderlich; Anwendung BNB Zertifizierung BNB-Silber-Standard (mind.65% Erfüllungsgrad). Die Planungsvergabe erfolgt gemäß VgV 2016 über ein Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb. Der Bewerber, der auf der Grundlage seines Angebotes die bestmögliche Lösung der Aufgabe erwarten lässt, erhält den Auftrag. Vom zu beauftragenden Planer ist zunächst die Leistungsstufe 1 (LPH 2 bis 4) zu erbringen. Die Fertigstellung der Leistungsstufe 1 wird innerhalb von ca. 4 Monaten nach Auftragserteilung erwartet. Die zur Gewährleistung der Zieltermine erforderlichen Kapazitäten müssen vorhanden sein. Die RLBau M-V ist zu beachten.
