Description

Die Gemeinde hat NRW.URBAN Kommunale Entwicklung GmbH als Treuhänderin mit der Transformation und Wiederbelebung des Ortes Bürgewald zu einem "Ort der Zukunft" beauftragt. Der Treuhänderin obliegt dabei u.a. die Aufgabe, die vorhandene Gebäudesubstanz zu sichern und die Liegenschaften zu verwalten. Die NRW.URBAN KE handelt als Treuhänderin für die Gemeinde Merzenich im eigenen Namen auf Rechnung der Gemeinde Merzenich. Die NRW.URBAN Kommunale Entwicklung GmbH verfolgt mit der Beauftragung von Bauwerks- und Standsicherheitsprüfungen durch (besonders) fachkundige Personen nach VDI 6200 diese wesentlichen Ziele: Es soll eine fachlich fundierte Aussage zum Zustand aller Bauwerke jeder Liegenschaft in Bezug auf - Standsicherheit - Verkehrssicherheit und - Dauerhaftigkeit erstellt werden. Es soll eine eindeutige Hilfestellung geleistet werden, welche Gebäude als abgängig bewertet werden bzw. welche Gebäude unter welchen Prämissen erhalten werden können und im "Dorf der Zukunft" Bestand haben.
