Description

Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrnes ist die Beauftragung eines Projektträgers für die administrative Umsetzung der Förderinstrumente des NRW-Plans im Zuständigkeitsbereich des MKW. Der zukünftige Auftragnehmer muss hierbei seine Unterstützung während der Vertragslaufzeit durch seine fachliche und organisatorische Beratung und Unterstützung des Auftraggebers sicherstellen. 1. Vorbereitung: Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Förderrichtlinien, soweit erforderlich, sowie von Förderbedingungen, Förderbekanntmachungen u.ä. und Information und Beratung der Bewerberinnen und Bewerber bei Nachfragen zu dem Verfahren und Bedingungen. 2. Antragstellung, -prüfung und administrative Abwicklung (Projektträger). 3. Baufachlichadministrative Aufgaben. 4. Mitwirkung/Unterstützung bei der Berichterstattung an den Bund gemäß § 6 Abs. 2, § 9 LuKIFG i.V.m. § 6 Abs. 2 Verwaltungsvereinbarung LuKIFG. 5. Fachliche Unterstützung der Projekte. 6. Unterstützung bei der Stichprobenprüfung durch das Land bzw. durch eine von dieser beauftragten Einrichtung gemäß § 6 Abs. 2, § 9 Lu-KIFG i.V.m. § 6 Abs. 1 Verwaltungsvereinbarung LuKIFG. Im Hinblick auf die Einzelheiten der Leistungen, die von dem Projektträger erbracht werden sollen, und den geplanten Fördermaßnahmen wird auf die anliegende Leistungsbeschreibung Bezug genommen.
