Description

Abschluss eines Vertrages zur besonderen Versorgung gemäß § 140a SGB V zur digitalen Darmkrebsfrüherkennung (d-iFOBT) Die AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - Die Gesundheitskasse möchte ihren Versicherten die Nutzung eines Versorgnungsangebotes der Darmkrebsfrüherkennung in Form eines Selbsttests (iFOBT), bei dem verdecktes Blut im Stuhl erkennbar wird, für zu Hause anbieten. Zur Verbesserung der Inanspruchnahme der Darmkrebsfrüherkennungsuntersuchung soll ein niederschwelliges Angebot ergänzend zur Darmkrebsfrüherkennung im Rahmen der oKFE-Richtlinie bereitgestellt werden (Versorgungsauftrag). Mit dem Angebot soll die Beteiligungsrate an der Untersuchungsmethode Test auf occultes Blut im Stuhl anhand einer Stuhlprobe mit einem quantitativ immunologischen Test (iFOBT)" im Sinne der oKFERichtlinie, konkret II. C. § 6 Abs. 1, gesteigert werden. Über diese Rahmenvereinbarung können maximal 66.190 Stück i-FOBT-Tests abgerufen werden.
