Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt, die Bewirtschaftung von wiederaufbereitbarem chirurgischem Instrumentarium einschließlich Organisation, Instandhaltung, Instandsetzung, Qualitätssicherung und Dokumentation europaweit auszuschreiben.[ Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die Bewirtschaftung von wiederaufbereitbarem chirurgischem Instrumentarium einschließlich der Organisation, Steuerung, Durchführung, Dokumentation, Qualitätssicherung und Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen zur Instandhaltung und Instandsetzung mit dem Ziel der Wiederherstellung und Sicherstellung der Funktionsfähigkeit, Sicherheit, Verfügbarkeit und ordnungsgemäßen Einsatzbereitschaft des Instrumentariums unter Einhaltung der jeweils geltenden gesetzlichen, normativen und herstellerseitigen Anforderungen. Die Leistung umfasst insbesondere die Erkennung und Bearbeitung von Instandsetzungsbedarf, die technische Bewertung von Schadensbildern, die Durchführung oder Veranlassung geeigneter Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen unter Berücksichtigung der Herstellerangaben, die Prüfung der durch die Maßnahme möglicherweise beeinflussten sicherheits- und funktionsrelevanten Merkmale, die Durchführung und Dokumentation qualitätssichernder Maßnahmen, die dokumentierte Freigabe, die Rückführung in den Versorgungs- und Aufbereitungskreislauf sowie die Bereitstellung von Auswertungen, Berichten und Nachweisen zur Sicherstellung der Rückverfolgbarkeit. Ergänzend kann der Auftraggeber optionale Leistungen beauftragen. Hierzu zählen die Bereitstellung von Reparaturersatz, sofern eine Instandsetzung technisch nicht möglich oder wirtschaftlich nicht vertretbar ist, sowie Leistungen zur Wartung und Instandsetzung von Motorensystemen, Antriebseinheiten, Handstücken, Winkelstücken und zugehörigem Zubehör. Die Einzelheiten zum Leistungsumfang, zur Beauftragung, Vergütung und Dokumentation der optionalen Leistungen werden vertraglich geregelt. Nicht Gegenstand des Auftrags sind flexible und semiflexible Endoskopen sowie Medizinprodukte und Instrumente, bei denen aufgrund bestehender Herstellerbindungen Instandhaltungs- oder Instandsetzungsleistungen ausschließlich durch den jeweiligen Hersteller oder durch vom Hersteller autorisierte Unternehmen erbracht werden dürfen. Die Laufzeit des Vertrages beträgt vier (4) Jahre. Der Auftraggeber hat die einseitige Option den Vertrag zunächst um ein (1) weiteres Jahr zu verlängern. Die Ausübung der Verlängerungsoption erfolgt durch schriftliche Mitteilung des Auftraggebers an den Auftragnehmer vor Ablauf der jeweiligen Vertrags- bzw. Verlängerungslaufzeit.
