Description

Durch den vorliegenden Vertrag soll auf Grundlage geltenden Rechts im Freistaat Sachsen und des sächsischen Lehrplanes (Curriculum) die Weiterbildung und Prüfung der in den Behörden nach § 2 Absatz 1 SächsGDG tätigen Amtsärztinnen/Amtsärzte der Gesundheitsämter und deren Stellvertreterinnen/Stellvertreter bzw. Ärztinnen/Ärzte in Weiterbildung zum Facharzt für Öffentliches Gesundheitswesen im Rahmen des Amtsarztkurses sichergestellt werden. Der Auftragnehmer soll neben der Organisation geeigneter Schulungsräume die Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung übernehmen. Der Unterricht soll grundsätzlich in Präsenz erfolgen. Bis zu maximal 20% der Kurszeit können die Teilnehmer jedoch online an den Veranstaltungen teilnehmen. Es ist daher dafür Sorge zu tragen, dass entsprechende Technik vorgehalten wird. Der Auftragnehmer soll neben der Organisation geeigneter Schulungsräume die Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung übernehmen.
