Description

POT-01-WET-003 Einkaufsdienstleistungen Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Vergabe von Einkaufsdienstleistungen im Bereich der Verbrauchsgüter, Investitionsgüter und Dienstleistungen von Krankenhäusern einschließlich damit verbundener Beratungsleistungen. Weitere Informationen sind der Leistungsbeschreibung zu entnehmen. Ziel ist es, unter Berücksichtigung des Einkaufsvolumens bei Verbrauchsgüter, Investitionsgüter und Dienstleistungen wirtschaftlich einzukaufen und damit möglichst hohe Einsparpotentiale zu erzielen. Die Erzielung von Einsparungen durch Änderung des Sortiments steht dabei nicht im Vordergrund. Eine aktive Beratung des Einkaufsdienstleisters zur Straffung des Sortiments wird jedoch erwartet. Da der Auftraggeber zur Einhaltung des Vergaberechtes verpflichtet ist, wird vorausgesetzt, dass der Auftragnehmer durch die öffentliche Vergabe von Rahmenvereinbarungen mit Lieferanten, die Auftraggeber von der Durchführung von eigenen Vergabeverfahren für Verbrauchsgüter entlastet. Der Auftraggeber erwartet auch eine aktive Beratung und Begleitung durch den Auftragnehmer bei Vergabeverfahren für Investitionsvorhaben nach VgV und UvgO.; Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Vergabe von Einkaufsdienstleistungen im Bereich der apothekenpflichten pharmazeutischen Erzeugnisse einschließlich damit verbundener Beratungsleistungen. Weitere Informationen sind der Leistungsbeschreibung zu entnehmen. Ziel ist es, unter Berücksichtigung des Einkaufsvolumens bei apothekenpflichten pharmazeutischen Erzeugnissen wirtschaftlich einzukaufen und damit möglichst hohe Einsparpotentiale zu erzielen.
