Description

Prävention in der häuslichen Pflege zu stärken, ist das Ziel des Projektes "ReGe Pflege". ReGe-Pflege wird seit 2024 in der AOK-Rheinland/Hamburg in 3 Regionen pilotiert. Im nächsten Schritt beabsichtigen die AOK PLUS, die AOK Bayern zusammen mit der AOK Rheinland/Hamburg eine Ausweitung des Projektes auf weiteren 6 - 8 Regionen in 4 Bundesländern (Roll-Out). Die Zielsetzung des AOK-Systems ist eine weitere Implementierung und Optimierung des erprobten Umsetzungskonzeptes. Für diese Umsetzung in den weiteren Regionen wird demnächst ein Dienstleister gesucht, der im Wege eines eu-weiten Vergabeverfahrens (voraussichtlich ein Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb) auszuwählen und zu beauftragen ist. Im Rahmen des Vergabeverfahrens werden voraussichtlich Konzepte oder Darlegungen zum geplanten Vorgehen für die Umsetzung des Projekt-Roll-Outs von geeigneten Anbietern erwartet. Interessierte Unternehmen sollen mit dieser Veröffentlichung frühzeitig über die geplante Vergabe vorinformiert werden. Der offizielle Start des Vergabeverfahrens erfolgt mit einer weiteren Veröffentlichung eu-weit über diese Plattform und das Deutsche Vergabeportal (DTVP). Nach aktueller Planung ist die verfahrenseröffnende Veröffentlichung im September 2026, spätestens im dritten Quartal 2026 vorgesehen.
