Description

Für die Beschaffung von IT-Hardware richtet die Rhein-Neckar-Verkehr GmbH (rnv) gemäß § 48 Abs. 1 SektVO zur Eignungsprüfung ein eigenes Qualifizierungssystem ein. In diesem ist festgelegt, welche Anforderungen ein Lieferant erfüllen muss, um künftig in die Vergabe von Auftragnehmerleistungen für IT-Hardware einbezogen zu werden (Eignungskriterien). Alle Unternehmen, die diese Kriterien erfüllen, werden in das Verzeichnis der geprüften Unternehmen (§ 48 Abs. 8 SektVO) aufgenommen und können anschließend an den künftigen Verfahren zur Vergabe für die Lieferung von IT-Hardware teilnehmen. Die konkreten Leistungsvergaben werden jeweils im Wettbewerb in einem nicht offenen Verfahren oder in einem Verhandlungsverfahren (§ 48 Abs. 9 SektVO) unter den Unternehmen stattfinden, die sich im Rahmen des Qualifizierungssystems qualifiziert haben. Die jeweiligen Anforderungen an die Leistungen ergeben sich dann aus den Vergabeunterlagen, auf die die Unternehmen Angebote abgeben können. Lieferung von 65 Laptops und 65 Docking-Stations
