Kauf eines fabrikneuen mobilen Messsystems für Mobilfunknetze zur empirischen Datenerhebung und messtechnischen Validierung öffentlicher Mobilfunknetze sowie privater Campusnetze. Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist ein mobiles Messsystem zur anwenderorientierten Bewertung (QoS/QoE) sowie zur funktechnischen Vermessung von Mobilfunknetzen. Im Regelbetrieb erfasst das System die vier in Deutschland aktiven Mobilfunknetzbetreiber. Darüber hinaus muss das System private Campusnetze auf lokal zugeteiltem Spektrum (3,7-3,8 GHz, MCC 999) messen können. Die Messtechnik muss in zwei Betriebsarten einsetzbar sein: Fahrzeugbetrieb (Drive-Test, Komponenten in Dachbox oder Kofferraum) und Fußgängerbetrieb (Walk-Test, Rucksack). Der Wechsel zwischen diesen muss durch eingewiesenes Personal möglich sein. Ist dabei Spezialwerkzeug notwendig muss dieses im Angebot enthalten sein.
