Die Erhebung soll Anfang Februar 2027 beginnen und sich über 4 Perioden erstrecken. Der Einsatz von Erhebungselektronik ist zwingend erforderlich; die Dokumentation der Befragungen in Papierform ist nicht zugelassen.
