Description

Das Wartungsende des SAP-ECC-Systems Ende 2027 stellt als externer Impuls zur Transformation eine wesentliche Herausforderung dar und erfordert eine umfassende SAP-Transformation der AWB. Im Januar 2024 haben wir gemeinsam mit einer Strategieberatung die Erarbeitung der Zielstrategie gestartet. Auf Basis umfangreicher Analysen und Workshops wurde herausgearbeitet, dass eine Greenfield-Migration von unserer aktuellen On-Premises-Lösung auf SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition der richtige Weg für die AWB ist. Die Ergebnisdokumente der Strategieberatung sind dieser Ausschreibung als Anlage beigefügt. Als weiteren Baustein setzen wir bereits die SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) ein und sammeln erste Erfahrungen mit der SAP Integration Suite. Die AWB ist in die Konzernstrukturen der Stadtwerke Köln eingebunden. Konzernkonsolidierung sowie Inhouse-Cash-Prozesse werden zentral über den Stadtwerke-Köln-Konzern abgewickelt. Leistungen der Basisbetreuung, die nicht im vertraglichen Verantwortungsbereich von SAP gemäß den vereinbarten Roles & Responsibilities liegen, sollen künftig an einen externen AMS-Dienstleister (Application Management Services) vergeben werden. Hierfür wird eine separate Ausschreibung erfolgen. SAP-Lizenzen werden direkt über die SAP SE bezogen und sind nicht Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung.
