Das Wartungsende des SAP ECC Systems Ende 2027 als externer Impuls zur Transformation, stellt uns vor die Herausforderung einer umfassenden SAP-Transformation. Im Januar 2024 haben wir mit einer Strategieberatung gestartet. Über umfangreiche Analysen und Workshops wurde herausgearbeitet, dass eine Greenfieldmigration von unserer aktuellen On-Prem Lösung in die SAP-Cloud ERP Private der richtige Weg für die AWB ist. Ergebnisdokumente der Strategieberatung finden Sie im Anhang. Als weiteren Baustein haben wir die SAP BTP im Einsatz und sammeln erste Erfahrungen mit der Integration Suite. Die AWB ist im Konzernumfeld eingebunden, Konsolidierung und Inhouse Cash laufen über den Stadtwerke Köln Konzern. Hosting und Basisbetreuung unseres SAP ECC Systems erfolgt durch die RheinEnergie AG, einer anderen Konzerntochter im Stadtwerke Köln Konzern. Die Basisbetreuung, die vertraglich nicht über die Roles & Responsibilities von SAP übernommen werden, sollen an einen externen AMS-Dienstleister übergeben werden. Hierzu wird es eine weitere Ausschreibung geben. SAP-Lizenzen werden direkt über SAP SE bezogen, sie sind nicht Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung. siehe Vergabeunterlagen
