A dynamic purchasing system under Section 120(1) GWB is a time-limited, fully electronic procurement procedure for standard market services. An unlimited number of companies may apply to participate at any time; all suitable companies with admissible declarations are admitted for the entire duration. After publication, a 30-day waiting period applies before applications can be opened. Applications are assessed within ten working days.
