Description

Erbringung von fahrplanmäßigen Verkehrsleistungen und damit zusammenhängenden Dienstleistungen im Schienenpersonennahverkehr (SPNV) im Netz Mitte des Landes Schleswig-Holstein sowie von Subunternehmerleistungen für die DSB (Dänische Staatsbahn) in Dänemark ab 12/2027 bis 12/2039. Das Land Schleswig-Holstein hat die Firma Alstom Transport Deutschland (ATD) mit der Herstellung, Lieferung und Instandhaltung von Triebzügen beauftragt (EU-Auftragsbekanntmachung Nr. 2022/S 057148781). Diese Fahrzeuge sollen im Netz Mitte eingesetzt werden. Der Auftragnehmer wird verpflichtet, die vom Auftraggeber beschafften Triebzüge von der ZUG.SH AöR als künftige Eigentümerin der Züge zu vorher festgelegten Bedingungen zu mieten. Dem Auftragnehmer sollen zudem wesentliche Rechte aus dem vom Land Schleswig-Holstein mit ATD geschlossenen Instandhaltungsvertrag übertragen werden und der Auftragnehmer soll sich verpflichten, die hierfür fälligen Vergütungen an ATD zu zahlen. Nähere Bestimmungen enthalten die Vergabeunterlagen.
