Description

Bei den ausgeschriebenen Leistungen handelt es sich um die Erbringung von Abrufleistungen in diversen Hochbaugewerken. Die Grundlage der Leistungen bildet das entsprechende Leistungsverzeichnis (siehe Vergabeunterlagen). Die Leistungen dienen der schnellen Herrichtung von Räumen, Flächen und Objekten von z.B. Kulturräumen, Büros, flexiblen Arbeitsorten, Flüchtlingsunterkünfte sowie dem Abbau von Leerstandsflächen. Es handelt sich bei den hier ausgeschriebenen Leistungen um Ausbauleistungen, welche sich im BIM-Portfolio vor allem auf Büro-/Verwaltungsräumlichkeiten (mit dazugehörigen Nebenräumen, wie Besprechungsräumen, WCs und Teeküchen) sowie Kulturräume beziehen. Die zuletzt genannten Räumlichkeiten werden hierbei trotz verschiedenster kreativer Nutzung (Musik, Tanz, Malerei, Kunst etc.) in einem Standard hergestellt. Im Rahmen des Vergabeverfahrens sollen fünf Rahmenvertragspartner für die Ausführung der benannten Leistungen gebunden werden. Der Einzelabruf erfolgt anhand der Kriterien des §4a EU VOB/A. Die Einzelheiten sind in dem Vertrag zur Rahmenvereinbarung, welcher Bestandteil der Vergabeunterlagen ist, geregelt.
