Description

Der Main-Taunus-Kreis beabsichtigt die Erweiterung der Heinrich-Böll-Schule in Hattersheim. Es handelt sich um einen Schulerweiterungsbau im innerstädtischen Umfeld bzw. Stadtrand. Der Schulerweiterungsbau entsteht auf einem sich in Betrieb befindlichen Schulgelände. Kurze Beschreibung der Gewerke: - Dachdeckerarbeiten - Dämm- und Abdichtungsarbeiten - Spenglerarbeiten - Dachauf-/ einbauten Im Einzelnen sind folgende Arbeiten zu verrichten: Dachdeckerarbeiten ca. 1.125 m2 Leichtbauunterkonstruktion mit Aluminum Dachdeckung ca. 68 m Wartungsweg als Gitterrost R11 b=80cm Dämm- und Abdichtungsarbeiten ca. 1.145 m2 Rückbau temporärer Dachdämmung und Dachabdichtung (Kaltselbstklebebahn verschweißt). ca. 1.145 m2 Dampfsperre Behelfsabdichtung auf bauseits vorhandener Dampfsperre inkl. Attika. ca. 1.100 m2 Mineraldämmung WLG 035 (d=140-280mm) ca. 36 m2 Wanddämmung WLG 040 d=260mm Spenglerarbeiten ca. 200 m Halbrundrinnen ca. 125 m Fallrohre ca. 58m Seilsicherungssystem als Absturzsicherung Dachauf-/ einbauten 1 Stk Lichtkuppel 120x120cm, RWA
