Beschreibung: Neubau eines sechsgruppigen Kinderhauses mit dreigruppiger Kinderkrippe und dreigruppigem Kindergarten, Lindenstraße, 85462 Eitting. Stahlbeton-/Mauerwerksbauweise mit vorgehängter Weißtanne-Holzfassade, Satteldach, Gebäudeklasse 3. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Dachdecker- und Spenglerarbeiten umfassend die Lieferung und fachgerechte Ausführung von ca. 1.400 m² Dachdeckung mit Tondachziegeln (Flachdachziegel sinterschwarz,20-24°, inkl. Traglattung, Firstausbildung als Trockenfirst, Ortgang- und Traufausbildung), Spenglerarbeiten in Aluminium eloxiert (Farbeloxal) umfassend ca. 110 m Dachrinnne halbrund NG 400, ca. 53 m Fallrohre DN 150 sowie ca. 30 m Fallrohre DN 100 hinter Fassadenschalung, Trauf-, Ortgang- und Pultdachabschlussbleche, Insektenschutz- und Lüftungsprofile, Schneefangsystem (Doppelrohr) ca. 110 m sowie 4 elektrisch betriebenen Dachflächenfenstern (ca. 150 × 150 cm, 3-fach-ISO,Uw ≤ 1,0 W/(m²K), F30-Festverglasung 4 Stück, 1 Dachausstiegsfenster), 120 Solarhaltern / Dachbefestigungen für PV-Anlage (30 kWp), Flüssigkunststoffabdichtung an Balkonen und Terrassen ca. 125 m², extensivem Gründach am Nebengebäude ca. 27 m² (inkl. Gefälledämmung EPS, wurzelfester Bitumen-Schweißbahn-Abdichtung, Drän- und Speicherelement, Vegetationstragschicht und Sedum-Begrünung) sowie Attikaabdeckung aus Aluminium eloxiert ca. 25 m und Notentwässerung.
