Description

Dachdichtungsarbeiten inkl. Abbruch, Sanierung Festhalle-Opladen, Opladener Platz 5a Die Festhalle Opladen, zugehörig zum Landrat-Lucas-Gymnasium wird einer umfassenden Sanierung unterzogen. Die Sanierung umfasst die Gebäudehülle sowie die komplette Bühnen-technik inkl. der gebäudetechnischen Einrichtung. Die letzten umfassenden Sanierung fanden in 1991/1992 (TGA) und in den 2000er und 2020er Jahren (Fensteranlagen und Schadstoffsanierung asbesthaltige Wandputze und Bodenbeläge) statt. Die Arbeiten werden in Abschnitten wie im Bauzeitenplan (Anlage 04-Entwurf) gezeigt ausgeführt. Den 1. Abschnitt bilden die Demontagen im Untergeschoss mit der gesamten Haustechnik. Im 2. Abschnitt werden Demontagen in den Obergeschossen Festsaal, Foyer, etc. und Dachdemontagen (Rauchabzüge, Rückkühler) ausgeführt. Gewerk bezogen: Die Arbeiten umfassenden Abbruch der vorh. Flachdachflächen teilweise Schadstoffbelastet - ca. 1.200 m2 bitumen Dachdichtung inkl. Dämmung und Atiken - ca. 38 m2 Trapezblech Neue Flachdacheindichtung - ca. 1.200 m2 bituminöse Dachdichtung inkl. Gefälledämmung, Atiken etc. - ca. 38 m2 Trapezblech - Herstellen div. Dachöffnungen für Dachausstiege und Rauchabzüge - Rauchabzüge neu Diese Maßnahme wird mit finanzieller Unterstützung durch die Europäische Union und das Land Nordrhein-Westfalen umgesetzt.
