The District of Dithmarschen, as project owner, is building a new Centre for Fire Services and Civil Protection (ZFB) in Hemmingstedt. The contract covered flat roof sealing over unheated vehicle halls (about 3,460 m2) and heated areas (about 5,248 m2), parapet covers of about 980 m, extensive roof greening of about 7,450 m2, fall protection as rope and railing systems of about 635 m, and soffit slab sealing of about 3,960 m2. The contract was awarded to Hofmeister Dach + Asphalt GmbH on 2026-07-29 for EUR 2,249,051, which is 18% below the estimated value of EUR 2,749,325.90.
