Die Landeshauptstadt Magdeburg beabsichtigt am Standort Klinikum Olvenstedt den Neubau einer Rettungswache. Vorgesehen ist ein eingeschossiges Gebäude, ohne Unterkellerung. wesentliche Leistungen: Titel 1 Rettungswache - Dachabdichtung Betondachfläche ca. 580 m2 - Dachabdichtung Trapezdachfläche ca. 619 m2 - Dachaufbau Dampfsperre verschweißt inkl. Attikaflächen Vertikale Dämmung 100 mm EPS Gefälledämmung EPS DAA dh Gefälledämmung Steinwolle DAA dh 1. Abdichtungslage Elastomerbitumen Schweißbahn 2.
