Hierbei werden im Wesentlichen folgende Teilleistungen beschrieben: + Baustellenerinrichtung für eigene Leistung: 1 psch + Dampfsperre, selbstklebend:ca. 5.471 m² + Grund- und Gefälledämmung, EPS, WLG 035, 3%: ca. 3.806 m² + Grund- und Gefälledämmung, nicht brennbar 460 m² + Dämmung, Schaumglas: ca. 1.205 m² + Dachabdichtung, 2-lagig, Polymerbitumen: ca. 4.640 m² + Dachabdichtung, 2-lagig, EPDM: ca. 1.205 m² + Extensive Dachbegrünung: ca. 2.685 m² + Kiesflächen: ca. 869 m² + Betonplattenbelag: ca. 399 m² + RWAs 1,20 x 1,20 m: ca. 7 Stk + Dachfenster: ca. 4 Stk + Attikaabdeckung.
